Cancelled Orders minimum 15% restocking fee. All sales final on used gun parts. No returns accepted on used gun parts. The exception to this if the error is ours. Read item description closely to determine condition and purchase only items you need. Parts are not sent out on approval. Ask questions before you purchase. Additional pictures and measurements can be provided if requested. We are in the parts business, shipping items back and forth and processing returns is not our business. Help us Help you. We want you as a customer. Understand there is a cost involved filling an order. Shop wisely. FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS: We make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and the product meets your standards. If a Return must be made, please note the following policy: No Returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice Date. Return Shipping Charges are the customers Responsibility. 


All returned items are to be in the original sealed package with all labels with part numbers attached. Bag opened, No Part number label, No return. Upon receipt of the Returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the return to determine if a Refund or Exchange will be made. REFUNDS – Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made. (I.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account.)  NOTE: If we deem a Return was made without reasonable cause (* see examples), where in our judgment the product meets advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a/up to 45% Restocking fee. Minimum restocking fee is $20 per order.

* Examples: Buyer purchase Class 3 items such as suppressors and did not realize they need to be shipped to a FFL/SOT Dealer. It is the Buyers responsibility to know FFL/NFA and your State Laws prior to making purchases of Class 3 items, Firearms and Magazines. Should you purchase one of these items and cancel the order due to ignorance of the law you will be charged a Credit Card Processing Fee of 15%.


When returning merchandise to be exchanged, please include estimated shipping charges to ship your replacement order.
