Transfer Policy:
Items sent for transfer without notifying us prior may result with the items being refused and sent back. Schluder Shots will accept your firearms transfers from outside Texas for a fee of $25.00 per firearm for standard firearms. Transfers sent without prior approval are $50.00 per firearm. Please follow the below instructions. Please contact me for the transfer of Class III firearms from out of state.
Transfers from Individuals:
If you make an out of state purchase from an individual, we will first need to provide the seller a copy of our license. Please contact us and provide a minimum of two different methods to contact your seller so we can get our license to them as quickly as possible. The out of state seller is to provide a photo copy of their current state issued ID. This is typically their drivers license. What ever the ID, it must contain a complete address.
Transfers from FFL Dealers:
Prior to your out of state dealer shipping the firearms to Schluder Shots, your dealer must have my license on file. Please contact us and provide a minimum of two different methods to contact your dealer so we can get our license to them as quickly as possible. The out of state dealer is to provide a legible signed copy of their license with the shipped firearm.
